The ISSN Register is a bibliographic database containing almost all the records created for the identification of the serials to which ISSN numbers have been assigned. The ISSN Register is available online.

The ISSN REGISTER online: 

• through a Web interface: "the ISSN Portal" on an annual basis (January to December), access with password or IP authentication.

• through the Z39.50 protocol.

• as a data file in its original ISO 2709 format (for institutions and companies interested by further processing) - please refer to the Sales Department for further information.
  

The List of Title Word Abbreviations or LTWA
The List of title word abbreviations is a by-product of ISSN assignment. It contains all the standardized abbreviations used for words in scientific citations. It is available, in English only, in two editions : print and online.

The ISSN Manual
The "ISSN Manual - Cataloguing Part" gathers the rules needed to establish ISSN bibliographic records. It is available online in English and in French, and in a print edition in English only.
