ISSN手册

The ISSN Manual describes how the International Centre and its network implement ISO 3297 International Standard Serial Number. The manual is maintained by the ISSN Review Group, which consists of representatives from the ISSN network who meet regularly to develop the network’s practices. A PDF version of the manual in four languages is published on the International Centre’s institutional website. It is updated as necessary.
