Elsevier restores journal access for German researchers
ImprimerNegotiations between Elsevier and German universities and research centres broke down at the end of last year, and about 60 institutions’ subscription deals ceased at the end of 2016 without a new deal in place. The publisher chose to continue providing access to affected institutions with the expectation that an agreement can be reached.
