Mirabel manages the database of more than 15,000 titles that provides information on access terms for journals. Mirabel is organising its annual meeting in Strasbourg with workshops, visits and conferences on the agenda. Gaëlle Béquet, Director of the ISSN International Centre, will speak about the role of the Centre and its network in the development of open science.
